For those clients that
require special expedited care, Imperial offers VIP Service for your order.

Processing: |
Your order is moved to
the front of the line for order processing. This includes priority service
for our purchasing from manufacturing.
|
|
Personal
Assistant: |
You will be assigned a
personal assistant that you can call for questions about your order. |
|
Purchasing: |
You will be informed
about your order on a frequent basis to tell you what the status is.
Although all
manufacturing times are approximate, we will endeavor to give priority
care calling manufacturing for updates.

|
Timelines: |
Some manufacturers will
offer expedited service that may be over and above VIP rates.
VIP service does not
guarantee that manufacturing can be expedited. Quotes do not
constitute an agreement for specific delivery times,
unless a separate
delivery agreement is signed and prepared by our legal department.
Do not book your trades unless you have the product in hand.

Receiving: |
Once your order is
received from manufacturing, you will be sent digital photos of the
products received from manufacturing.
Prior to shipping, you
will be sent digital photos of the goods with accompanied photos of
packaging of the goods.

Freight
Service from
Carriers |
Imperial VIP service does NOT
include the cost of freight.
Freight carriers offer various
levels of service. On your behalf we use:
Postal Service with tracking
numbers
Fedex or DHL
Truck carrier
Ground - See
North America Fedex or DHL Schedules for Times, for goods under 8 Feet (2.4384 meters)
Truck - For goods over
8 Feet (2.4384 meters) or larger crated goods
Trucking companies charge extra for Residential deliveries, tailgate service,
out of range deliveries
Ship (Boat) Service:
Usually to closest port

For those that pay for
air freight or ground, all goods will be personally driven to the
Fedex terminal to increase speed of delivery.

Once the order is shipped
you will be personally informed of the tracking number verbally and by
email
