 2) Tell us Who you are & What products you would like

 a)  Your name ( if an person )

      or Company if you are in the Trade (architect, remodeller, contractor, builder, designer)

 b) Your ship to address (so we can calculate freight)

      Street, Suite #, City, ZIP code or Postal code

      Note: For North America Commercial addresses are less expensive to ship to than residential addresses

 c) Your phone, fax  or email address (so we can send you the quote)

 d) Our Product Code

 e) How many or how much you want

 f)  Specify the type of material you want it made out of    (example cherry wood, Maple Wood, Arch-Polymer etc)

 Imperial never rents sells or distributes your information to any 3rd party

  3) We will do a written quote for you with a payment  form

  We will fax or email the quote to you for your approval and call you to confirm that you received

  the fax or email.

  4) How to Order & Pay   

 a) Sign the Quote & initial any drawings and check all the details

 Pay by:

 a) Credit Card: Fill out and sign the credit card payment form

      Note:  no credit card information is retained on any computer

 b) International Postal or Money Order in US, Canadian, Euros, British Pounds

 c) Traveller's Checks

 d) Certified checks

 e) For bank Transfers, take the information to your bank and sign the transfer sheet and fax it back to us.

 f) For Approved Corporate Credit accounts - we will instruct you on procedures

  Sorry, we do not do verbal payments. This avoids errors and enhances your security. 

 5) When your ready email or fax both pages back to us

  Prices change frequently so quotes are good for 10 days.

  Approximate delivery times are on the quote. 

 6) You will get a payment call from one of our associates

 Once payment is received and processed we will call you to confirm the payment

  and that manufacturing will begin.

 They are paid on behalf of the client as indicated in the quote.  EXW our facility. 

 Your local taxes and local duties are your responsibility, however Taxes and Duties

 are charged where we are responsible for the remittance by law.
