  Welcome to Custom Plinths

Custom Commissions for Single or Multiple Reproductions

    Imperial can historically recreate architectural elements or have unique designs created for your application.

Products include:  Appliqués / Fireplace Mantels / Corbels / Pediments / Mouldings / Rosettes / Columns / Plinths / Vaulted Ceilings  etc

All carving commissions are custom priced

The Process:

1)  Provide us with either a photo or sketch of your required carving and the dimensions you require

2)  The concept is transformed into a CAD drawing by Martin Richards Design & Contracting Inc. for your approval

      You will be supplied with a 11x17 drawing with dimensions

3)  Manufacturing provides Imperial Productions & Distribution Inc with a price estimate of the commission

4)  Upon acceptance of the written quotation work begins on your project  

5)  The carving can be created for you as...

      a)  a finished wood commission - 12 woods are available

      b)  a plug for multiple duplicates

            3 carvings are needed as wood plugs in order to make molds to recreate the commission in

           i) ArchPolymer  for exterior & interior use

           ii) Plaster-GRG  - a non combustible material for commercial applications

           iii) Fiberglass - for exterior applications
