the Roman Empire made every building component from molds
They simply
created a mold poured in the plaster into the mold and duplicated
statuary, appliques,
wall motifs, and other interior elements.
Today we have
taken the original Plaster added fiberglass and polymers to create a
lite weight
duplication material.

is a Light Weight Alpha Gypsum strong
enforced plaster material
that meets Class A or ASTM-E84 fire codes.
