In order to divide rooms, one can engage full or half columns. Another solution is to employ corbels in the top of an entrance way that enables decoration without using floor space. Corbels can be used to support shelves, act as headers on pilasters or parts of pediments above doors and windows. They are very useful in kitchen design around stoves and bars. A console is a flatter corbel and is applied to the top of a pilaster for inside or outside decoration. We have simple corbels in our Beyond Modern collection and more elaborate Classical styles denoted by the style. Appliques for ceiling, wall and cabinet design

Appliqués are decorative elements that can be placed on walls, ceilings, furniture, or cabinetry. They are available in a multitude of designs from the ornate to Beyond Modern simplicity. Appliqués create a three dimensional effect to flat surfaces. They add more detail making the area appear to be larger. For curved, arched and vaulted spaces Appliqués can be fabricated in flexible ResinMold®. This collection is made from 24 Hardwoods, GRG-NeoPlasterTM, GFRC-ZeamentTM, and ArchPolymerTM

Boiserie is the art of wall and ceiling decoration. From the simple wainscoting to elaborate Boiserie designs, Imperial Productions® has a variety of Panel Molds, Corners and Appliqués available for your creativity. Boiserie can be as simple as boxes on the walls that transform a flat uninteresting space to become much larger in perception. Always keep the rules of proportion Phi (the Golden Rule) when dividing up wall surfaces. So many times wainscotting is applied without keeping to the one third / two thirds rule and it simply does not look correct. For ceilings, although difficult to install, they become truly exceptional. The Boiserie collection is made from hand carved 24 Hardwoods, or produced from molds in GRG-NeoPlasterTM, GFRC-ZeamentTM, and ArchPolymerTM . Finials create a defining design element that illustrates the boundary of staircases and balustrades on newel posts. The newels can be square or round at the foot of a staircase or within the lineup of balusters as stable supports. They are often used as focal points on pediments over doors and windows. Good luck is said to come from the classic pineapple finial. Furniture Legs custom and standard models

Imperial Productions® Furniture legs are turned or hand carved. We provide a vast selection in multiple styles and sizes made from 24 Hardwoods. Legs are available turned in standard Classical styles such as Queen Anne, Harvest, French Country, Georgian Reeded, Georgian Regency Fluted. We offer hand carved table and commode legs and hand carved chair legs. Beyond Modern legs provide a simple look for furniture and cabinetry in the Beyond Modern Design style.
