Imperial Productions & Distribution Inc Efforts to Protect Goods: All products originating from Imperial's Distribution center have been personally inspected. All staff have been cleared by our security procedures. Imperial only deals with reputable suppliers. They are required to comply with Homeland security regulations. Imperial makes every effort to protect your security.
US Goods Import Regulations: Every package entering the US must to be identified for contents and country of origin. All packages must have the consignees IRS# or Social Security # on the bill of lading. Goods will not be cleared by US customs without this number present. US Customs inputs your revenue number into their computer and confirms that you are the consignee.

2) Protecting Your Privacy: Imperial Productions does not trade, distribute or sell your personal information to any third party. We make every effort possible to keep your information confidential.
Names & Addresses Usage: a) Sales Promotion by Imperial: We may from time to time send you new product sales catalogs or flyers by mail. b) Export Papers: For exported goods, names and addresses are put on all bills of lading and customs forms. c) Credit Card Validation: Given to bank to verify your credit card info on a transaction.
Credit Card Information: All credit card numbers are not saved and kept on file on our computer system for future transactions. These numbers are used for the current transaction only.
Phone & Fax Numbers: Imperial does not do sales promotion by fax. Fax numbers are not given out to third parties.
Homeland Security Compliance: In order for goods to import into the United States, every package must be identified for contents and must have the consignees information on it including company IRS# or Social Security#.
