  1) Select a Capital and Base

   3 parts: Round Cap / Non-Tapered Shaft / Round Base

 2) Specify the Total Height: Including Capital & Base

     Custom made from:  3 Feet to 14 Feet

 3) Specify the Diameter from 4" to 16"

 4) Select the Wood

 Interior Paint Grade: AmPoplar, Finger Joint Pine

 Interior Stain Grade:  Northern Soft Maple, Sap Maple, Red Oak, White Oak Cherry,

 African Mahogany, South American Mahogany, White Ash, Yellow Birch,

 Walnut, Basswood, White Pine

 Exterior Use:  Knotty Pine, Clear Pine, Tamarack, Spanish Cedar

 5) Wood Specifications

 Kiln dried to 7-8% (Furniture grade level of drying),

 Riff Sawn (ie 90% turns), no centers are used, All trimmed at both ends

  6) Customize your Columns

  Post Wrap Splitting:  Any column 5 inches or larger are hollow, many fit around support posts

            Vertical Split in Half to use as pilasters loose the thickness of the saw blade 

  Custom Parts: less or more than the 3 standard parts with column made to new height

  Wedge Shape:  Pie Cutout to fit an outside corner 

  Pie Shape:  Pie to fit an Inside Corner 

  9) How they Ship 

  Under 8 Feet ships via FEDEX,  Over 8 Feet Truck or Ship
