Our collections have over 900 Neo-Classical Styles to Beyond Modern Design such as cylinders. They are available Load Bearing or Decorative to wrap structural posts. Specify custom sizes or styles for your column requirements. Diameters range from 6" to 36", Heights from 2 to 40 Feet. Styles include tapered and non-tapered columns with Smooth, Fluted and Reeded shafts. Octagon columns and Belly columns offer a distinct creative styling. For those that seek Neo-Classical recreations consider Tuscan, Doric, Ionic, Scamozzi, Corinthian, and Rope configurations that are custom made per order, Select from cuts accommodating height, half columns, split for reassembly, or wedged for outside and inside corner decorations, Imagine coating column parts in real metal for a distinct specialized look. Rotted Columns, Bases and Capitals can be Historically custom reproduced in GFRC-ZeamentTM a Portland Concrete composite, Fiberglass, 24 Hardwoods or ArchPolymerTM and GRG-NeoPlasterTM to your specified sizes.

Architecture is enhanced by exterior decorative elements such as pilasters, pediments, mouldings, columns, brackets, cornice, consoles, shutters, Niches and gingerbread. All are made from a variety of materials GFRC-ZeamentTM a Portland Concrete composite, Fiberglass, 24 Hardwoods or ArchPolymerTM, GRG-NeoPlasterTM and Metals to your specified sizes. For Beyond Modern Facades consider custom fabricated Open Grills for the exterior building envelope that is both functional and decorative made from Aluminum painted with 2 part poly paints.

The Railing Collections offers Classical Designs and Beyond Modern Straight Spindles made from ArchPolymerTM and GFRC-ZeamentTM. Ancient Greece and Rome did not use balusters thus we have a specialized collection of Roman Lattice Patterns that enhance Beyond Modern design made from ArchLiteTM which is computer cut from composite sheets. Specify an unlimited design range. For those employing traditional elements, we offer a Renaissance Collection of single and double balusters, reproductions made from ArchPolymerTM that is rot water and insect resistant. Curved railings are possible made as per the radius for exterior grand staircases. Adherence to the building code provides embedded piping for structural support for non-wood fabrication. For historic reproduction compliance, Imperial Productions® offers balusters made from 24 Hardwoods.

Medallions are the jewelry of design that enhances any ceiling chandelier or wall area. As a specialist, Imperial Productions® offers 300 luxury models up to 10 Feet in Diameter with custom creations available. Our collections are sorted by style, by size, by shape, and chandelier canopy size. For the commercial designer that requires fire rated materials, Imperial offers medallions made from GRGNeoPlasterTM, ArchPolymerTM with fire rating in the mix. Class-B is provided with 24 Hardwood models. For vaulted or curved ceilings, flexible ResinMold® is the solution. Enlarge existing medallions with a decorative expansion ring to make them look larger as seen in the dining room photo above. Interior Domes enhance the perception of ceiling heights becoming a design focal point in a great room, hallway, dining room or grand reception room. Install recessed domes in Attic Rafters, Integrate domes into Dropped ceilings, or Surface mount domes directly to the flat ceiling. For commercial and high end residential application, Class A Fire-rated GRGNeoPlasterTM domes are taped and mudded into place for seamless integration. Single or multi-part, they can be up to 26 Feet in diameter or custom made Fiberglass to any size. The smaller ArchPolymerTM Domes are cost effective for residential construction. Large Fiberglass domes are multipart for interior and exterior building integration with integrated gel coat colors. Select from our standard collection or specify variable sizes and designs.

Corbels are utilized in multiple interior spaces. Employ them instead of full columns that take up floor space, to delineate an room separation ie dining / living room. Corbels are perfect to frame kitchen cabinetry or appliances. In the lower cabinets use them as capitals on pilasters around a sink or stove area. They make excellent shelf supports. For bookshelves and bars Corbels add a decorative touch. We have them available in Neo-Classical, Art Nouveau, Beidermeier, and Beyond Modern styles. A corbel used on the face of a pilaster is known as a Console. Utilize corbels and consoles to decorate the exterior of a building such as a grand facade or Victorian porch.

Boiserie is the Art of Ceiling and Wall Design. They are ornate and intricately detailed combinations of panel molds, corners, and appliqués that create patterns that decorate walls, ceilings, doors, mirrors and mirrored Walls. For Neo-Classical designs they are often painted or gilded with gold foil with the center panels decorated with paint, paint-effects. Sometimes they are placed as decorative art on damask wallpapers.
